Skills Cloud and Career Hub
With our Skills Cloud platform, you can track and develop your skills, perform self-assessments, link courses and certificates, and even receive endorsements from colleagues. Complementing this, our Career Hub helps you navigate your career path, explore internal opportunities, and connect with colleagues who share similar skills. Together, these tools empower our employees to grow within A1 and take the next step in their career journey.

Training programs
Our learning misson is to be responsive to the evolving needs of our business, equipping leaders and employees to upskill in their role or beyond. By offering them an opportunity to build their data & AI competence, be more resilient, successfully guide teams through change and transformation we want to encourage the future-proofed skillset and mindset. Our flagship group-wide program “AI & Data4Business” was completed by more than 1,000 employees in last 10 years, who managed to transform curiosity into practical skills through an interactive, gamified program.
