At A1, we believe in empowering our people to grow, take ownership, and shape the future. One way we do this is through the Empowering Potential Program (EPP) — an international development journey for employees who are ready to expand their expertise and leadership skills.
What is the Empowering Potential Program?
Empowering Potential Program is a 6-month blended learning journey open for all ambitious employees from our A1 operating countries that want to excel and go beyond their role. Selected participants work in small groups on strategically relevant A1 projects on various topics. During the whole program they are guided by coaches, training experts and topic owners.
How does the Program support Employee Development?
In addition to strengthening their leadership skills, deepening expertise in strategic topics, and expanding their international network, participants gain valuable experience through high-impact projects. These experiences enhance their visibility within the organization and equip them with the confidence to take the next step in their careers.
