Stress, anxiety, problems with sleep … we all face challenges and problems from time to time. Whenever you feel overwhelmed, the EAP is here to support. You will get immediate help in a confident and anonymous way. Or you can use dedicated counselling sessions to work on the topics that are on your mind.

You can attend interactive webinars or get interesting online content because we believe that awareness and health education is an important factor for staying fit!
