Veronika Grujovska is looking for a new team member: 

We need a qualified specialist who possesses a good command of German, to be responsible for the coordination of fixed services  and all activities in A1,  based on active interactions with customers and workforce schedule’ preparation.

Our team, located in Sofia, is growing with this new challenge and we will appreciate your contribution with expertise and ideas for future development and growth.

Your daily routine would include:

  • Monitoring and controlling of a queue of customer requests, which need to be planned for visit by technical teams according to specific SLAs, agreed with customers and aligned with our internal rules;
  • Provide accurate information to customers with excellent communication manners and empathy;
  • Register, diagnose, and hand over requests to the responsible support units in case of specific and complicated situations;
  • Internal communication and escalations aiming improvements in the processes and system flows due to new ideas or based on the experience gained by time;
  • Knowledge sharing within the team;
  • Work in a dynamic environment;

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

  • Fluency in German – B2 level is a minimum;
  • Previous knowledge and experience in communication with customers will be considered as an advantage;
  • Logical thinking and desire to learn new skills and gain new competencies;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, combined with the ability to work, both independently and as a team member;
  • English will be considered as an advantage.
