Role Overview:

The role focuses on leading and coordinating test management activities across the automation lifecycle while ensuring quality, compliance, and effective collaboration across delivery streams.

Role insights:

  • Manage test planning, execution, and reporting for projects across the automation lifecycle.
  • Ensure proper test data availability, access rights, and permissions for testing activities.
  • Maintain alignment with our Jira workflow (Potentials → Epics → US → Subtasks → Defects) and support KPI tracking.
  • Support and coach team members on testing best practices, tools, and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and quality requirements (e.g., SOX, internal policies).
  • Collaborate with the Discovery and Delivery streams to ensure test coverage for MVPs, migrations, and optimization efforts.

What makes you unique:

  • Proven experience in test management, ideally within automation or software development teams.
  • Experience with test data operations, permission handling, and integration testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus).
