Your daily routine would include:

  • Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders to shape requirements, streamline processes, and co-create smart solutions.
  • Turn business needs into clear user stories and specifications that guide our development team
  • Bring people together by leading workshops, supporting sprint planning, and keeping the backlog focused on what matters most.
  • Be part of the full journey — from first ideas to testing and launching new digital services that make an impact
  • Share your knowledge and learn from colleagues across different countries, cultures, and expertise areas.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

  • You have a solid background in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Skilled in analyzing requirements and turning them into real solutions.
  • Comfortable in agile teams and experienced in Software implementation projects.
  • A problem-solver who explains complex topics in a clear way.
  • Team player with a learning mindset, staying calm under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; other A1 Group languages are a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in CRM / Customer Relationship Mgmnt Processes.
  • Know How about modern Callcenter / Shop Service processes and tools.
  • A basic understanding of cloud technology.
  • German language skills for direct interactions with business departments.
