Spasimir Arsov is looking for a new team member.

As an IT Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving automation strategies, managing IT projects end-to-end, and optimizing processes to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.

Your daily routine would include:

• Developing and managing automation strategies (strategy, design, implementation & optimization);
• Ensuring effective project governance and control over deliverables;
• Leading fulfilment operations and coordinating cross-functional teams;
• Delivering timely and high-quality service fulfilment;
• Managing the full lifecycle of IT projects, including deadlines, budget, and scope;
• Managing contracts and their lifecycle;
• Ensuring proper documentation and compliance;
• Monitoring SLA and KPI, and driving continuous improvement;
• Organizing regular process reviews and optimizations;
• Preparing and tracking monthly performance reports.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Experience in IT project management;
• Experience in automation and process optimization;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment;
• Experience with SLA, KPI and performance management;
