​Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Infrastructure  and Application Security Stream Lead to join our Security Delivery Center leadership team.

This role is responsible for driving initiatives across infrastructure secure advisory,  software development, business continuity and crisis management, security automation, and supporting selected telecommunications security topics.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset to enhance the organization’s overall security posture.

Role insights:

• Lead a team consisting of highly skilled professionals in infrastructure and appliacition security field.
• Drive secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC / DevSecOps) practices.
• Define and implement security-related automation initiatives, including security workflows, integrations, and process optimization for all Security delivery center owned processes.
• Contribute to Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management processes, ensuring security risks are addressed within resilience and recovery frameworks.
• Support the development, testing, and continuous improvement of incident response, crisis escalation, recovery procedures, infrastructure/network  security architecture and controls.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and operations teams to embed security by design.
• Participate in security testing initiatives, including penetration testing, security  assessments and similar activities.
• Define standards and procedures related to network and application security.

What makes you unique:

• Proven experience leading teams, streams, or security initiatives and projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure security, IP network, firewalls, VPN, Perimeter security and secure network design.
• Deep understanding of Telco security principals, concepts secure and software development principles.
• Experience with security automation, orchestration, and scripting.
• Exposure to  vulnerability management, security testing, penetration testing and mitigation strategies and concepts.
• Proven experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management.
• Hands-on experience in defining and supporting business continuity plans, disaster recovery procedures, and crisis response frameworks.
• Ability to coordinate with technical and business teams during security incidents and crisis situations.

Nice to have:

• Experience in enterprise-scale security environments.
• Relevant certifications such as: CISSP , CISM , CEH are considered as a plus.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools and security automation platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud and hybrid network security architectures.
