What you do

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA and automation testers

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks

Review test cases, automation scripts, and execution results to ensure quality and coverage

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define test strategies

Oversee test execution, analyze results, and ensure timely defect reporting and tracking

Ensure adherence to best practices in test automation, coding standards, and QA processes

Continuously assess and improve automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies

Identify opportunities to enhance test efficiency through automation and innovation

Manage test environments, test data, and system dependencies

Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing into deployment processes

What you offer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance

At least 2 years of experience in a test automation or technical leadership role

Strong experience with test automation tools, frameworks, and scripting languages

Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
