Learn and understand SAP modules and processes in the I&E domain

Support analysis of existing processes and system behavior

Contribute to large-scale SAP/OneSAP projects

Gain exposure to structured project management approaches

Support coordination and documentation activities

Assist in writing and structuring business requirements

Support alignment between business and IT stakeholders

Execute SAP testing after development/configuration changes

Support test case creation, execution, and defect tracking

Create user manuals and support “train-the-trainer” activities

Learn basics of interfaces (e.g., XML-based integrations)

Support debugging of SAP functions/programs

Understand system integration landscapes

What you offer

Ongoing studies in: Information Technology, Business Informatics, Telecommunications or related fields

Ability to work independently and remotely with strong self-discipline

Motivated to learn, fast learner, proactive mindset

Comfortable working in an international project environment

English: fluent (mandatory)

Serbian and/or Bulgarian: optional but highly beneficial

German: nice to have

Basic understanding or interest in SAP / IT systems

Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

Interest in internal project work within A1 Group

Can work for a period of minimum 12 months
