Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Risk Specialist to join our Cyber Trust team. In this role, you will support the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of operational risks across the A1 Group, with a focus on cyber, compliance, and third-party risks.

As part of a centralized international team, you will work closely with compliance review and gap management teams to strengthen the organization’s security and risk posture. This hands-on role is ideal for junior to mid-level professionals looking to grow in a dynamic and international environment.

Role insights:

  • Support execution of risk management processes (risk identification, assessment, monitoring, tracking).
  • Identify, assess, and monitor key risks.
  • Conduct risk assessments together with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the gap management unit in Cyber Trust team to ensure risk controls are effectively designed and implemented.
  • Contribute to risk reporting by preparing inputs, dashboards, and summaries for management.
  • Support supply chain / third-party risk assessments.
  • Support internal and external audits as needed.
  • Help promote risk awareness across the organization through practical support and communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Cyber Security, Compliance, IT) on risk-related topics.

What makes you unique:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Cybersecurity or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in enterprise or operational risk management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Basic understanding of international risk frameworks (ISO 31000, COSO, etc.).
  • Experience in working with stakeholders and management to foster risk awareness culture.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

  • Professional certifications such as CRM, FRM, PRM, CIRM, CIA, CPA or similar.
  • Experience in cyber security, data privacy or compliance management.
  • Familiarity with GRC tools and their customization.
