If you are excited to:  

• Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end agentic workflows and AI‑powered automation systems  
• Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines on top of A1‑specific knowledge sources  
• Develop planning agents, orchestration layers, plugins, and skill‑based architectures that reliably solve complex, multi‑step tasks  
• Build observability, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and human‑in‑the‑loop feedback loops to ensure reliability, safety, fairness, and measurable business impact  
• Continuously assess emerging foundation models, agentic frameworks, and AI development kits (hosted, on‑prem, and hybrid) for fit within A1’s architecture and compliance requirements  
• Continuously grow and learn, both technically and professionally

And you have:  

• A university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience  
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience designing, building, and operating production‑grade AI/ML systems, including at least 1–2 years focused on LLMs, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows  
• A solid software engineering background (Python, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms)  
• Experience with cloud services (MS Azure is considered an advantage)  
• The ability to work in a highly dynamic, data‑driven environment  
• Fluency in written and spoken English
