The A1 Learning Hub

A1 Learning hub stands for unique and individualised learning experience created by and for the employees of A1 Group.

We believe that every team member can grow and acquire new skills. We believe in learning in the sense of individual, but also organizational learning. 

We are curious and look for possibilities to learn every day and take the chance to apply new skills and try new things. We actively share our knowledge & experience and learn from our customers.

We incorporate feedback and reflection opportunities with Retrospective Sessions embedded into our working and learning time. We provide various learning formats from digital-only, hybrid, blended and face-to-face.

Digital Learning with A1 eCampus

Effective learning requires breathing room and the use of our own individual tempo. Our new eCampus offers a user-friendly digital learning experience with customized content. In addition, our people can also learn on external digital learning platforms, which offer content on various topics, including both technical and soft skills.

Our mindset is the filter through which we see the world. It determines how and with whom we spend our time, what decisions we make, and where we invest our resources. Our focus is to develop towards an Agile and Growth Mindset. Mindset triggers behavior and this mindset helps us to manage all future challenges successfully.

Collaboration

Networking and communication determine the success of any collaboration – within a team as well as across different partners, customers, organizational units, or locations. For us collaboration goes beyond communication tools. It describes how we are effectively working together in projects, in groups or hybrid teams with the help of the various methods and tools. We are focusing on not only on technical aspects, but also on our working and communication culture to further enhance our collaboration.

Future Skills

Digital age has been re-writing rules and we face a radical change of work. We are upskilling and reskilling ourselves in various Advanced Expert Development initiatives in the areas of Data & Automation, New Technology and Agility & Self-Leadership.

Leadership

The 21st century is not only defined by exponential technologies, but also by a change in society and human needs. We believe the right Leadership can support us as a company to use the opportunities arising from the digital age and reaching our vision Empowering Digital Life. Therefore, we kicked off a comprehensive Leadership journey supporting individuals and teams in becoming more effective as leaders in the digital age.

Health and well-being

Being part of A1 means that we take care about each other´s well-being. We therefore provide an e-library with useful tips, exercises and webinars on this topic.

Data & Automation

In order to stay on top of the game we offer our colleagues Big Data & Advanced Analytics competence development within the group, supporting them in developing into Data Analytics Experts. 

Marketing Automation

Marketing as a discipline is fast moving towards data driven activities. We offer taylor made programs for our Marketing experts in all A1 markets to develop these strategic skills. 

Cloud First Program 

Together with our colleagues from A1 Group Technology, we created room for developing Cloud skills and roles (Cloud Architects, Cloud Administrators and Security Managers) to support our experts in their learning journey to bring the Cloud transformation faster and smoother in the Company. 

Group Young Potential Program

We believe in our young talents and that’s why we give them opportunity to act as “front runners” driving the change forward with their fresh open mindset and energy. This program gives them space to experiment, work on real projects, learn about themselves and networking.

Agile Coaches 

Agile working and organizational methods are a vital part of our transformation. Therefore, we are actively working towards bringing these methods and new mindset to our teams, by training Agile Coaches from all A1 counties to support the organization with agile tools.

ROAD – Relevant Orientation, Active Development.


Our performance management system includes both performance and development goals, agreed and reviewed several times throughout the year. ROAD is short for Relevant Orientation, Active Development, which means our people have regular and relevant exchange with their managers about their work focus and priorities, as well as their personal development.
