Act as a front-line interface with customers of A1 Makedonija;

Contact via phone existing or potential customers to inform them about company’s products and services;

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales;

Enter and update customer information in the database.

Strong verbal communication and sales skills;

Shows persuasive and persistent behavior with the goal to close the deal;

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information;

Full of empathy, ability and personality to provide a great customer experience for all our customers;

Excellent in identifying opportunities where additional products may benefit our customers and you will need to apply your knowledge as well as use your great rapport skills to get the customer's commitment to wanting to find out more;

Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude;

Proficiency in using MS Office application.
