Technical Project Lead – IT Billing DC (f/m/d)@A1 Competence Delivery Center
What you do
Lead and coordinate international Billing projects.
Take care of project initiation, teamwork organization, project phases planning, new processes staging and tuning.
Focus on technical implementation, target architecture of billing system landscape.
Support data migration strategy and design.
Ensure on-time delivery of projects’ milestones.
Ensure the implementation of all agreed specifications, proactively identify and resolve problems, during the project.
Collaborate with respective departments and business units in the organization, such as IT Infrastructure teams, Billing business units and other relevant stakeholders of modernization project.
Conduct workshops on scope analysis and processes definition, together with all involved stakeholders.
What you offer
University Degree in Informatics, Computer science, Marketing, Business administration or any equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of professional experience in the Telecom Billing/Charging area.
Experience in leading teams, preferably in an international environment.
Excellent knowledge of project planning and execution.
Proactive team-player attitude with strong communication and leadership skills.
Skilled in managing QA processes’ development, making decisions and taking ownership.
Experience in Scrum/Kanban methodologies, backlog stock up and prioritization, resource and budget planning.
Confidence in using project management tools. Experience with Jira and Confluence would be a plus.
IPMA, Prince2, ITIL Certification would be considered as advantage.
Fluency in English and willingness to travel within the A1 Group footprint.
