In a nutshell

We are looking for a Mobile Network Infrastructure Specialist.

Your new job

Ensures the quality and execution of A1 Towers MK Access Network Infrastructure and Operation,

Creating plans for the regional mobile access network infrastructure and ensuring their execution  

Ensuring realization of the planned network infrastructure coverage and providing proper technical solutions for network infrastructure installations  

Responsible for site design/documentation and on-site implementation checking

Responsible for rollout follow up and secondary infrastructure equipment acceptance

Reporting on network infrastructure status (regular and ad hoc reporting)

Monitoring the financial costs for network infrastructure

Proactively giving suggestions for improving network infrastructure and cost optimization

Responsible for site documentation, records keeping and for infrastructure legal processes procedures/manuals/handbooks

Following/benchmarking CW contractor performance and CW maintenance contractors

Coordinating various subcontractor teams involved in acquisition/construction of A1 Towers MK network infrastructure as well as the appointed construction supervision but also internal teams and colleagues regarding issues in his/her area

Ensuring coordination and cooperation with other teams and departments

Living the standards of A1 Towers/ETS Group  

Performing all company / business tasks requested by direct superior in case of need.

What you offer

University degree (preferably in Civil engineering/Architecture/Mechanical)

At least 3-year experience in construction, preferably mobile telecommunication industries

In-depth knowledge of all relevant CW standards

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of mobile networks and mobile communications technologies

Computer skills, knowledge of MS Windows, AutoCAD and similar systems, 

Ability to coordinate numerous activities within tight deadlines

Strong planning and organization skills and ability to set priorities

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Decision making skills, controlling and problem-solving skills 

Team player 

Proactive, flexible, initiative and kind personality 

Driving license
