What you do
Responsible for submitting proper, accurate and timely information to responsible persons from the internal business side in case of network and systems outages
Responsible for supporting Incident, Problem and Change Management processes of A1’s services
Responsible for ensuring close cooperation with assigned 2nd and 3rd line support staff from all concerned departments in A1 Makedonija and operating companies of A1 Telekom Austria Group and providing required support to his/her counterparts
Responsible for providing accurate and timely reporting of outages and relevant incident management KPIs
Responsible for first line escalations if resolution time has been endangered

What you offer
Electro-technical or IT secondary education, preferred university degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications
Flexibility for working in shifts (including state holidays and weekends)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English is a must
